Direct Bank-to-NetSuite Reconciliation Automation
Challenge: A client relied on manual bank statement downloads and reconciliation, taking days each month.
What we did: Built a secure SFTP connection directly between the client's bank and NetSuite using the NetSuite SFTP bundle, with scheduled auto-downloads and reconciliation powered by NetSuite's newer "Submit All" / "Undo Selected" tools.
Result: Bank reconciliation that used to take days now takes minutes of review, with a faster, cleaner month-end close.
GST & Tax Reporting Automation
Challenge: A finance team was manually exporting NetSuite data into Excel to build GST, AP/AR aging, and trial balance reports every period.
What we did: Built custom SuiteQL queries, saved searches, and SuiteScript-driven reports covering GST outward/inward reporting, vendor and customer balance reports, and consolidated financial statements — all generated directly inside NetSuite.
Result: Hours of manual Excel work replaced with reports the finance team can run on demand, with month-end reporting no longer dependent on manual data pulls.
Zero-Disruption NetSuite Release Upgrade
Challenge: A client needed to move to a new NetSuite release without breaking existing SuiteScripts, workflows, and third-party integrations.
What we did: Ran end-to-end functional testing across all modules, validated every customization and integration ahead of go-live, and proactively fixed issues before they reached production.
Result: A fully seamless upgrade with zero business disruption, followed by post-upgrade performance tuning and monitoring.
Rescuing a Stalled US Implementation
Challenge: A US-based client had been stuck with an underperforming NetSuite setup for over two years, with automation and reporting needs left unaddressed by a previous vendor.
